Most boats can be fueled at your slip!

We guarantee that this will remain true even during our current volatile period of wild price swings. And don’t forget, we provide you with the added convenience of a Nozzle Attendant who can fuel your boat while it is in its slip!

SB446/HB 434 – Sales and Use Tax – Sales of Dyed Diesel Fuel:
The Acts provide that if a marina sells dyed diesel fuel, the 6% sales and use tax rate must be applied to 94.5% of gross receipts of dyed diesel fuel sales. Marinas are required to pay the sales tax to the Comptroller and may not collect the tax from the buyer as a separately stated item. The Acts define marina as a person who maintains a place of business where motor fuel is sold primarily to vessels.


