We guarantee that this will remain true even during our current volatile period of wild price swings. And don’t forget, we provide you with the added convenience of a Nozzle Attendant who can fuel your boat while it is in its slip!

SB446/HB 434 – Sales and Use Tax – Sales of Dyed Diesel Fuel:
The Acts provide that if a marina sells dyed diesel fuel, the 6% sales and use tax rate must be applied to 94.5% of gross receipts of dyed diesel sales. Marinas are required to pay the sales tax to the Comptroller and may not collect the tax from the buyer as a separately stated item. The Acts define marina as a person who maintains a place of business where motor fuel is sold primarily to vessels.
