Dockage:

Sunday - Thursday: $2.50/ft ($90.00 minimum)
Fridays, Saturdays, Holidays, Event Weekends and the week of 4th of July:$3.50/ft ($122.50 minimum)

Premium Dockage:

Slips 1,2, 19, 20, 21 and Lay-A-Longs
Sunday-Thursday: $3.00/ft ($105.00 minimum)
Fridays, Saturdays, Holidays, Event Weekends and the week of 4th of July:$4.00/ft ($140.00 minimum)

Diamond Dockage:

T Heads Only
Sunday-Thursday: $3.25/ft ($162.50 minimum)
Fridays, Saturdays, Holidays, Event Weekends and the week of 4th of July: $4.25/ft ($212.50 minimum)

Electric Hook-Up:
30 amp 110V-$9.00
50 amp 220V- $18.00
100 amp 220V - $50.00

Cancellations require a 24 hour notice.

Check-in Time is 1:00 pm. Check-out Time is 12:00 noon.

Hours of Operation: 8:00am to Dusk - 7 Days. Winter: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Weather Dependent.

Hourly Dockage is accommodated on a space available basis for $10.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum

We offer a 10% dockage discount for stays four days or longer, and a 20% discount for stays fifteen days or longer.

Dockage Reservations

All reservations require a credit card guarantee and are accepted only via telephone. We will need the exact dimensions of your vessel, including length, beam and draft, and the vessel's electrical hook-up requirements. If you are chartering, your charter company will have this information.

Yacht Club and Rendezvous Reservations

We welcome Yacht Clubs and Rendezvous groups! Once availability has been confirmed for your specific date(s) one of our managers will call the fleet captain to discuss payment options as well as other pertinent information such as the club's roster and the name, length, beam, draft and type of vessel (sport fish, express, aft cabin, sail) and electrical requirements of each boat. Then SMM will send the fleet captain a confirmation letter. Rosters may be mailed or faxed to 410-745-2808.

The preferred method of payment for yacht clubs is to have each captain call individually and guarantee their slip with a credit card. However, if you prefer, we will accommodate any method of payment that your club desires.
